1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the lodi646a website located at lodi646a.vip (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the lodi646a Platform, including but not limited to registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the Platform in any capacity. lodi646a reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age, identity, and eligibility. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by lodi646a may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

If lodi646a discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, void all bets and transactions made during the period of underage use, and report the matter to the relevant authorities as required by law.

3.Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the lodi646a Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. lodi646a reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. lodi646a is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify lodi646a immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. lodi646a will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, lodi646a may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC verification typically requires a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

lodi646a accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are credited to your account in Philippine Peso (PHP). lodi646a does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits made to your lodi646a account are for the purpose of gaming on the Platform only. lodi646a reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval;
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 1–3 business days;
• lodi646a reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the lodi646a Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). lodi646a does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

lodi646a offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all lodi646a promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;

• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination;

6.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lodi646a Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, or match-fixing;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering or any other financial crime using the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or lodi646a staff;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your lodi646a account without prior authorization from lodi646a.

7.Intellectual Property

All content on the lodi646a Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of lodi646a or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from lodi646a;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any lodi646a trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorisation;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of lodi646a's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by lodi646a.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lodi646a, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, lodi646a specifically disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content or game results caused by technical failures beyond lodi646a's reasonable control;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data by third parties.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lodi646a makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, lodi646a's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In no event shall lodi646a's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lodi646a account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.Responsible Gaming

lodi646a provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a set period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team.

Players who self-exclude from lodi646a agree not to attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts or using third-party accounts. Any account found to be in breach of a self-exclusion order will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

10.Termination

lodi646a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof.

Upon termination of your account for cause, lodi646a reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms & Conditions, lodi646a may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR regulations. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

11.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The lodi646a Platform operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting lodi646a's customer support team. lodi646a will endeavour to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent lodi646a from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12.Amendments to These Terms

lodi646a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
